You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Damaged items must be returned in their original condition.
